Mr. Tromczynski has more than 22 years of leading technology-focused organizations.  The Software as a Service (SaaS) companies he has led include strategic sourcing, financial management and interactive marketing firms. He also has an extensive background of developing operational and technology strategies for early-stage organizations.      

Prior to joining the COMS team as Chief Executive Officer, he was CEO of GTP Travel Group, a leading e-commerce firm in the hospitality industry.  He served as President of OnVantage, Inc. which was created by the merger of PlanSoft Corporation and seeUthere Technologies. OnVantage is now part of StarCite, Inc., an industry leader in interactive marketing and corporate spend management solutions for the $300 billion global market for professional meetings and events. 

Mr. Tromczynski founded and served as President of the PlanSoft Corporation.  Under his leadership, PlanSoft grew from initial conception into a leading industry e-commerce organization.  Utilizing his vast convention and technical experience in his role as the original architect of the many core applications and communication solutions provided by the company, Mr. Tromczynski led PlanSoft through a $46 million financing process, and introduced the industry’s first Software as a Service (SaaS) product set. 

He serves on various Boards of Directors leading executive teams on key business initiatives.  He has served on the Board of Directors of both the Northeast Ohio Software Association (NEOSA) and the Northeast Ohio Technology Coalition (NorTech).  Mr. Tromczynski holds a B.S. degree from Kent State University.
