Long Beach, CA -- COMS Interactive co-founder, Dr. Thomas A. Riemenschneider, presented at the American Medical Directors Association (AMDA) Annual Conference in Long Beach, CA. His poster presentation, “Reducing Hospital Re-Admissions Through Care Management, Outcomes Measurement, and Performance Improvement”, which is based upon the COMS Daylight IQ™ product suite, was met with a great deal of interest from the medical personnel in attendance.
